HANA BI&R Strategy Lead Job Description

As the SAP S/4

HANA BI&R Strategy Lead, you will define and execute enterprise BI & Reporting strategies that align with Finance and Engagement Management vision. You will design business architecture, lead stakeholder engagement, oversee solution delivery, and ensure governance and quality across BI & Reporting initiatives.

• BI & Reporting Strategy Expertise
  :
  Proven ability to define and execute enterprise BI&R strategy aligned with Finance and Engagement Management vision.
• SAP Ecosystem Knowledge
  • SAP S/4
    
    HANA Public Cloud reporting capabilities.
  • SAP Datasphere for data integration and semantic modeling.
  • SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) for dashboards, planning, and predictive analytics.
• Enterprise Architecture
  :
  Strong experience designing business architecture for BI&R across Finance and Engagement Management domains; mapping KPIs, reporting hierarchies, and analytics requirements to technical solutions.
• Cross-Platform Integration
  :
  Familiarity with integrating SAP BI tools with external platforms (e.g., Databricks, Azure, or similar).
• Governance & Compliance
  :
  Knowledge of data governance, security, and compliance frameworks for professional services firms.
• Methodology
  :
  Experience with SAP Activate, Agile delivery, and PI planning cycles.

• Facilitate BI&R strategy workshops with senior stakeholders to align Finance and Engagement Management reporting vision.
• Validate and refine BI&R roadmap based on business priorities and technology capabilities.
• Lead business architecture design for BI&R scope, ensuring alignment with enterprise data strategy.

• Act as the primary liaison between business leadership and technical teams for BI&R strategy.
• Drive consensus on KPIs, reporting standards, and analytics objectives across Finance and Engagement Management.

• Ensure BI&R solutions leverage SAP Datasphere and SAC effectively for integrated reporting.
• Oversee alignment of reporting architecture with S/4
  
  HANA Public Cloud capabilities and SaaS constraints.

• Establish governance for BI&R delivery, including RAID logs, progress tracking, and risk mitigation.
• Validate solution designs and ensure adherence to best practices for scalability and performance.
