• Communicate and present complex technical concepts simply and effectively to non-technical team members
• Gather, document, and analyze business requirements in collaboration with business stakeholders
• Identify process inefficiencies and recommend solutions alongside the Digital Services team
• Conduct systems analysis focusing on technical process models and use cases
• Provide testing support and analysis for resolution of system issues

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
• 4+ years of relevant business systems analyst or related experience
• Practical experience with MS Access, SQL, SOQL/Salesforce, or relational databases
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

• Experience in performing cost-benefit analysis and preparing technical use cases
• Familiarity with SDLC and flowchart preparation
• Ability to apply statistical and other research methods to systems issues
• Experience working in a cross-functional team environment
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
