What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Serve as Scrum Master for 3-4 Agile teams, facilitating Agile ceremonies and coaching teams on Scrum and Kanban principles
  • Establish and uphold Agile values and principles, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement
  • Propose and empower experimentation for Agile teams to achieve their development goals
  • Track and communicate team velocity, sprint/release progress, and maintain Agile tracking systems for transparency
  • Anticipate issues and organize team resources to evaluate and resolve impediments effectively
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Minimum of two years of experience as a Scrum Master
  • Scrum Master certification
  • Proven successful experience in converting development teams to Agile processes
  • Minimum of 3 years of combined technology development experience in a Scrum Master, Project Manager, or Developer role
  • Outstanding communication skills and strong time management abilities
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Demonstrated knowledge of various Agile techniques, including Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe
  • Proven successful experience in leading and driving complex, time‑critical software development projects
  • Experience with software development best practices, including coding standards and testing operations
