• Lead the design, implementation, and deployment of SAP FICO solutions to achieve business goals
• Collaborate with global and local business partners to gather requirements and represent their needs within SAP
• Analyze and troubleshoot issues, providing proactive updates to stakeholders on project status
• Develop functional design specifications and documentation for new application requirements
• Support cross-functional teams in testing activities and post-production support for system enhancements

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required; or three years of progressive experience in lieu of education
• At least 7 years of experience in Information Technology
• Minimum of two end-to-end SAP FICO implementations with hands‑on design and configuration experience
• Strong functional expertise in Finance areas including General Ledger Accounting, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable
• Experience working with both US and German markets, including customer‑facing roles

• Expertise in SAP S/4 HANA finance
• Familiarity with integration involving external tax solutions, such as Vertex
• Knowledge of taxation related to the purchasing process and 1099 processes
• Strong analytical skills with experience in business process documentation and systems testing
• Experience in managing team cadence and project implementation progress
