• Design and develop comprehensive training programs for Hardware and Software Asset Management solutions
• Implement innovative learning strategies that cater to diverse learning styles
• Create engaging eLearning courses and instructional materials across various formats
• Measure learning effectiveness through robust assessment tools and data analytics
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure training content accuracy and relevance

• University Degree (BA/BS) or equivalent experience with a minimum of 7+ years in a related field
• Current adjudicated Secret Clearance or ability to obtain one
• Mastery of instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles
• Proficiency with eLearning authoring tools, including Adobe Software Suite and other multimedia development software
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong attention to detail

• Experience with IT Asset Management (ITAM) tools and platforms, such as Service Now® ITAM
• Familiarity with ITIL (V4 or
  5) and IT service management concepts
• Certifications in Instructional Design, Project Management, or IT
• Experience in an Agile development environment
• Background with U.S. Air Force or Space Force IT asset management processes
