• Coordinate a complex fiber migration program involving Meet Me Vaults and carrier interconnects
• Maintain end‑to‑end visibility across all project phases, including design, build, cutover, and post‑migration stabilization
• Align and track dependencies across cross‑functional teams including Network, OSP, and Facilities
• Lead program documentation, status reporting, and executive updates
• Track milestones, risks, and cross‑team impacts while proactively driving issue resolution

• 8+ years of project or program management experience
• Direct experience with OSP or fiber infrastructure projects in data center, colocation, or hyperscale environments
• Strong understanding of Meet Me Vaults, carrier interconnect models, and fiber handoff concepts
• Proven ability to operate in matrixed, cross‑functional environments with shared ownership
• Excellent communication, organizational, and risk‑management skills

• Experience working with hyperscalers or large colocation providers
• PMP or similar project/program management certification
