- Ability to present operational and service level reports
- Experience in facilitating process-related meetings and training sessions
- Experience in ITIL core functions, particularly in Software Asset Management
- Proven track record in proactive problem management and service delivery performance monitoring
- Strong communication skills for training and mentoring roles
- Background in working with service delivery managers to enhance service level agreements
