What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Lead the operational execution of the Solution Architecture function, ensuring high-quality feasibility assessments and solution designs
  • Execute and oversee presale feasibility analyses, including running RWD cohort counts and translating clinical and business criteria into computable logic
  • Act as the primary technical advisor during presale engagements, ensuring solution designs are feasible and aligned with platform capabilities
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and product leaders to architect custom solutions
  • Lead, mentor, and grow the Solution Architecture team; support hiring, training, and development
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • 10 years of experience in healthcare data, analytics, data engineering, or related technical domains
  • Demonstrated experience running RWD feasibility analyses and executing patient counts across multiple data environments
  • 3–5+ years leading technical or cross-functional teams
  • Strong understanding of data models, pipelines, SQL-based querying, and analytic methodologies used in HEOR, epidemiology, and clinical research
  • Expert fluency with SQL, Python, R, or similar analytic tools

  • Proven ability to co-sell with commercial teams, including consultative discovery and technical-commercial storytelling
  • Strong communication skills and experience preparing technical documentation and client materials
