Technical Lead - Central Region

• Serve as the primary technical subject matter expert for Electronic Security Systems (ESS) and related technologies
• Provide remote and onsite technical support for troubleshooting and resolving system integration issues
• Develop and implement operations and maintenance processes, ensuring compliance with customer specifications
• Support the preparation of proposals in response to site-specific requests for proposals (RFPs)
• Conduct inspections of completed projects to ensure they meet company standards

• At least 10 years of experience in installation, integration, and maintenance of electronic security systems (ESS) and related technologies
• Must be manufacturers certified on Hirsch Velocity, Bosch BVMS, Bosch IDS, and Commend Intercom platforms
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for reporting and documentation
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
• Ability to pass extensive government background checks and drug tests

• Experience with IX Aiphone Intercom systems
• Familiarity with project management and proposal preparation
• Additional certifications in security systems management
• Experience working with regulatory agencies and contractors
• Knowledge of inventory management strategies for maintenance supplies
