What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Provide Tier 2/3 support for Office 365 applications, ensuring outstanding service and issue resolution
  • Respond to customer inquiries through phone calls, chat support, and service desk tickets
  • Manage user accounts, groups, licensing, and roles within Microsoft 365 Admin Center and Azure Active Directory
  • Monitor Microsoft 365 service health and communicate incidents or outages to stakeholders
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and training materials for end users
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience providing Tier 2/3 technical support in an enterprise environment
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 Admin Center and Azure Active Directory
  • Proficiency with SharePoint Online and One Drive governance best practices
  • Experience supporting Teams meetings and telephony features
  • Strong skills in creating clear technical documentation for end users
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience in a higher education environment
  • Familiarity with Windows and macOS desktop support, as well as iOS and Android mobile device support
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot email, authentication, and collaboration tool issues
