• Operate and optimize proof-of-stake network infrastructure at the employer
• Engage with community members and partners to innovate and ensure protocol success
• Monitor and maintain the performance and uptime of blockchain nodes
• Contribute to the development of high-performing staking solutions
• Collaborate with internal teams and external customers to enhance staking experiences

• Experience in operating blockchain nodes or similar technical environments
• Strong understanding of proof-of-stake mechanisms and blockchain technology
• Proven ability to engage with technical communities and stakeholders
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to innovate under pressure
• Ability to participate in in-person events and offsite gatherings throughout the year

• Previous experience with Ethereum or Solana blockchain technologies
• Familiarity with Kubernetes for managing staking nodes
• Background in engineering or a related technical field
• Strong communication skills for writing and presenting technical information
• Passion for cryptocurrency and blockchain innovation
