• Design and implement the QA framework, including manual test plans and cross-browser/device validation
• Collaborate with Growth PMs and Frontend Engineers to validate A/B tests and new features rapidly
• Oversee the end-to-end testing lifecycle for growth features and web experiences
• Identify UX friction points and edge cases to enhance user navigation in mental health journeys
• Manage bug tracking, documentation, and prioritization to ensure timely fixes

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in QA, focusing on manual and automated testing for B2C mobile and web products
• Strong understanding of the urgency associated with product launches and testing processes
• Proficiency with modern QA tools such as Playwright, Selenium, or Cypress, and API testing tools like Postman
• Exceptional attention to detail, including spotting pixel misalignments and minor inconsistencies
• Experience in a 0?1 environment with a focus on building testing processes from the ground up

• Familiarity with AI tools to enhance testing efficiency and output
• Experience with mobile debugging tools such as Xcode and Android Studio
• Understanding of empathetic testing principles, particularly in sensitive user environments
