What to Expect

(Job Responsibilities):

• Lead cross-functional teams to design, develop, and launch innovative software solutions
• Manage the product lifecycle from concept to delivery, including requirements gathering and quality assurance
• Craft and communicate a compelling product vision and strategy to stakeholders
• Utilize data to develop features that improve user experience and financial outcomes
• Monitor and measure product performance to drive continuous improvements

• At least 3 years of experience in product management, preferably in Banking or Fin Tech sectors
• Expertise in card integrations and platforms such as Velera, Elan, Visa DPS, Fiserv, and FIS
• Proven ability to communicate product vision and strategy to diverse audiences
• Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence)

• Experience with third-party integrations, APIs, SSO, and banking platforms
• Background in data-driven product development and collaboration with clients and development teams
