• Serve as a project management expert on all aspects of the implementation and various project and service types
• Provide delivery quality oversight and guidance for engagements, ensuring adherence to best practices
• Manage and communicate the operational relationship with assigned clients, including tracking relationship roadmaps
• Oversee key client projects, effectively communicating with team members and stakeholders on status, issues, and project goals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate practice area enablement and support sales pursuits.

• 4+ years of experience in a Services Delivery role or similar capacity with complex, technical implementation projects
• Proven track record of delivering on revenue targets for a set of accounts while managing multiple complex projects
• Direct experience in the Data Warehousing, Business Intelligence, and/or Cloud field
• Ability to discuss AI/ML model lifecycle and architecture for delivering Gen AI and ML capabilities
• Strong presentation skills with the ability to communicate effectively to both business and technical audiences

• Experience in a client support and advisory technical role, such as a Solution Architect, System Administrator, or Technical Account Manager
