• Serve as a primary point of contact for program operations, both internally and externally
• Plan, manage, and oversee the execution of digital initiatives from start to finish
• Conduct internal and client-facing meetings, documenting action items and recaps
• Identify and communicate program risks and change requests to minimize impact on success
• Develop and maintain program documentation such as timelines and project trackers

• 5+ years of project management experience in an interactive agency managing large-scale digital programs
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• PMP Certification expected within one year of hire
• Advanced skills in project management software, particularly Asana
• Strong understanding of digital marketing workflows and client management

• Experience mentoring junior-level project managers
• Proven ability to develop rapport with senior-level clients and team members
• Skills in risk management and process improvement
• Experience working with third-party vendors and partner agencies
• Proficiency in documenting and tracking multiple simultaneous tasks
