- Identify, evaluate, and implement new systems and solutions; define requirements and specifications.
- Lead the collection and management of mission user needs and support development as a business analyst subject matter expert.
- Liaise between software development teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment with architecture and design best practices.
- Conduct necessary research to serve as a subject matter expert, supporting integration and development of complex business systems.
- Provide data analysis expertise to measure and report on progress towards objectives and key results.
- 10+ years of experience in information technology (IT), management, business analysis, system engineering, and/or IT requirements management.
- Well-developed analytical, diagnostic, and system-thinking skills.
- Experience as a Product Owner or in a business or requirements analyst role.
- Ability to develop artifacts to support requirements documentation.
- Education:
Master’s degree or equivalent work experience in IT/information systems, business administration, computer science, or mathematics.
- Experience conducting business analysis on Navy software and systems focused on logistics and asset management.
- Understanding of military inventory and asset management principles.
- Experience with RFID scanner technology or COTS technology integration.
- Familiarity with cloud migration and technical stack modernization efforts.
- Professional certification in business analysis or human-centered design.
