What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Develop and implement effective communication strategies for digital quality tool adoption
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to assess needs and concerns regarding digital changes
  • Design and deliver tailored training programs for various user groups
  • Monitor digital tool adoption progress and identify barriers to usage
  • Create dashboards and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of digital initiatives
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of experience in Life Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field in a regulated life sciences environment
  • Strong PC literacy and proficiency in MS Office and digital adoption tools like Walk Me
  • Minimum of 7+ years of experience in Quality Systems, Change Management, and Digital Adoption
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong understanding of GxP requirements, Quality System Regulations (QSR), and validation practices
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Master’s degree and 6+ years of experience in a regulated life sciences environment
  • Familiarity with AI tools and experience leveraging AI for process optimization
  • Skills in workflow automation and configuration
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while fostering team engagement
