- Design and implement database-driven operational workflows to automate data transformation, validation, and configuration processes
- Partner with solution architects to convert technical designs into scalable, maintainable implementations
- Leverage Microsoft Azure services to create modular, version-controlled solutions with continuous improvement capabilities
- Integrate AI services into structured workflows and support retrieval‑based patterns
- Ensure workflows meet security, compliance, and production-readiness standards prior to deployment
- 2–5+ years of production experience in SQL, C#, Python, or Java Script
- Strong relational database design, scripting, and query optimization skills
- Experience integrating AI or LLM services, with familiarity with frameworks such as Semantic Kernel or Copilot Studio
- Demonstrated ability to build scalable, repeatable solutions in ambiguous environments
- Strong cross‑functional collaboration experience with Engineering, Implementations, or Security teams
- Experience in healthcare SaaS environments
- Familiarity with HL7, FHIR, or healthcare data standards
- Understanding of retrieval‑based workflows or vector databases
- Exposure to AI Agent Orchestration or Multi‑Agent workflows
