• Develop and execute robust, end-to-end research plans and roadmaps to guide product direction
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative studies, including design, recruiting, moderation, analysis, and reporting
• Translate research findings into actionable opportunities and recommendations for product and design decisions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, product, engineering, marketing, and data science
• Elevate research practices and contribute to team growth while promoting a culture of diversity and inclusion

• 4+ years of product-focused UX Research experience, including at least 2 years of strategic research
• MA/MS or PhD in Cognitive/Experimental Psychology, Human Factors, HCI, Statistics, or related field or BA/BS with significant industry experience
• Demonstrated ability to create and execute impactful research programs with division-wide or company-wide influence
• Expertise across the full spectrum of UX research methodologies (qualitative and quantitative)
• Exceptional verbal, written, and visual communication skills for storytelling and insight delivery

• Passion for human-centered design thinking and strategic research
• Experience researching diverse audiences across the full user lifecycle
• Ability to balance empathy for users with stakeholder constraints and product vision
• Track record of contributing to creative processes and team building
• Strong organizational skills with attention to high-level insight synthesis
