• Understand complex customer needs and prioritize customer and business value while adapting to market conditions
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product management leadership, engineering teams, designers, and customer success to ensure transparency and teamwork
• Prioritize, plan, and execute innovative product ideas, features, and enhancements
• Become a subject matter expert with a deep understanding of market direction, user needs, and competitive landscape
• Define and analyze metrics that inform the success and quality of products and features

• 8+ years of experience in technical product management in an enterprise and/or startup environment
• Experience building large-scale data experiences for Risk or Cybersecurity
• Strong understanding of data platform design and operation, including medallion architecture and data vault concepts
• Proven ability to drive data-driven decision-making and hold teams accountable to outcomes
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required

• Prior experience in cybersecurity, data science, compliance, or statistics
• MBA and/or Master's degree in Computer Science or related discipline
