What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Execute the end-to-end delivery of annual performance cycles, ensuring timely, accurate, and high-quality outcomes
  • Manage detailed delivery plans, timelines, dependencies, and risk mitigation across cycles
  • Gather and synthesize user feedback and operational insights to identify improvement opportunities
  • Operationalize AI-enabled performance workflows in partnership with strategy and technical teams
  • Drive adoption and consistent use of performance processes through clear enablement and strong cross‑functional partnerships
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • 6‑8+ years of experience in program management, HR operations, talent programs, or a related field
  • Strong track record of operational excellence, including managing timelines, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations
  • Experience delivering or supporting performance management, feedback, or evaluation processes in a large organization
  • Comfort partnering with technology, data, and analytics teams to deliver reliable tools and insights
  • Strong communication and enablement skills, with the ability to translate complex processes into clear guidance
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience or proven interest in supporting or operationalizing AI‑enabled or technology‑driven process improvements
  • A user‑centered orientation with the discipline to gather feedback and continuously improve systems over time
  • Curiosity and enthusiasm for emerging technologies, with a willingness to experiment and adopt new AI‑driven solutions
