• Lead the creation of a centralized source of truth for end-to-end launch process documentation
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and milestones across multiple documentation work streams
• Convert legacy documentation into standardized formats such as Markdown
• Conduct gap analysis and define future‑state documentation frameworks
• Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to validate processes and gather missing details

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related technical field
• 5–7+ years of project management experience
• 3+ years of hands‑on experience with documentation tools and platforms (Wiki environments, Markdown)
• Strong understanding of metadata tagging, taxonomy design, and knowledge management principles
• 5+ years managing timelines, stakeholder engagement, and cross‑functional work streams

• MBA or advanced degree in a related field
• Experience building and governing enterprise‑level Wiki or knowledge management platforms
• Familiarity with process visualization tools such as Visio or similar diagramming tools
• Background in content governance, documentation standardization, or enterprise knowledge base design
• Experience working in large, complex enterprise organizations
