- Oversee multiple stakeholders and project schedule interdependencies within the program management office
- Communicate effectively with a geographically dispersed project team, including subcontractors and client personnel
- Resolve complex project scheduling issues in collaboration with project stakeholders
- Contribute to the development and implementation of strategies, project deliverables, and client responses
- Support project management and scheduling activities to ensure project success
- Bachelor’s degree with 8-10 years of experience in technical project management, project scheduling, business process improvement, or business consulting
- Consultancy experience with large, complex projects
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Advanced skills and experience with Microsoft products, including Power Apps, Power BI, Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Project, and Visio
- Must be able to obtain a Position of Public Trust Clearance – US Citizen or Permanent Resident (Green Card Holder)
- Scrum Master certified
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certified
- Working knowledge of Digital.ai (Version One), Service Now, App Dynamics/Splunk, Git Hub, and Open Text (ALM)
- Experience with/certification in SAFe, Pro Sci, Lean Six Sigma, CPBA, or LUMA Human Centered Design
- Experience with project management software, dashboards, and automated agile tools
