Overview
Employer Industry: Mental Health Services
What to Expect- Develop and maintain scalable reporting and forecasting models to inform business decisions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze data and report on trends across multiple markets
- Conduct monthly audits to refine supply and demand models for clinician hiring and patient volume
- Communicate insights and historical performance trends to stakeholders to support strategic planning
- Generate ad hoc reports and dashboards for key stakeholders to optimize recruitment lifecycle
- 4+ years of relevant work experience in an analytical role, preferably in banking, management consulting, finance, or tech operations
- Proven analytics experience with forecasting and SQL; familiarity with Looker is ideal but not required
- Excellent Excel skills and strong business intuition
- Intellectual curiosity and the ability to synthesize insights from quantitative analysis
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in a highly analytical role
- Familiarity with data visualization tools like Looker
- Strong investigative instinct to understand data trends
- Ability to manage competing demands effectively
- Experience in the mental health or healthcare industry
- Salary up to $116,400
