• Manage the Security Solutions Salesforce Certinia Cases queue and oversee service request workflow
• Create and maintain list views for efficient tracking of workload and turnaround time
• Assist in proposal development and scoping activities under senior consultants' guidance
• Serve as a liaison between customers, vendors, and internal sales executives and service leaders
• Document pre-sales processes and maintain procedures for presales workflow steps

• Associate Degree or equivalent; a four-year degree in a relevant area of study or technical school preferred
• Knowledge of Information Systems concepts and past Cyber Security operations experience strongly desired
• Must have outstanding attention to detail and commitment to follow-through
• Prior experience with task management/Kanban tools and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software required
• Strong ability to multitask and understand processes quickly and efficiently

• Technical sales, professional service, or consulting experience preferred
• Experience with Jira and/or similar tools
• An unwavering positive attitude and strong drive for results
• Ability to work well in a team environment
