- Serve as a member of the technical support team for Oracle and ancillary systems
- Identify and resolve technical problems related to integrations between Oracle and other systems
- Respond to user inquiries and assist in resolving their issues
- Document issues, track progress, and escalate complex problems to higher levels of support
- Perform technical testing and coordinate with business analysts and subject matter experts on functional testing
- 3+ years of experience with Oracle Cloud in a technical support role
- Ability to identify and resolve technical problems efficiently and effectively
- Experience with Microsoft SQL Server
- Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively at all organizational levels
- Knowledge of Oracle Fusion modules like Product Information Management, Inventory, and Procurement
- Ability to write SQL queries to troubleshoot issues
- Knowledge of Oracle Transportation Management and Configure Price Quote
- Experience with XML and JSON documents
- Familiarity with Jira and managing support tickets
