• Lead the execution of complex security programs, ensuring alignment with strategic goals
• Collaborate with engineering, product, security, compliance, and business teams to drive program success
• Identify and resolve blockers to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of projects
• Communicate effectively with senior stakeholders regarding progress, risks, and decisions
• Mentor junior technical program managers and contribute to a culture of improvement and accountability

• 7+ years of technical program management experience in SaaS, cloud, or Web Ops environments, particularly in security or compliance programs
• Proven ability to manage large programs from planning through delivery across multiple stakeholders
• Deep knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) and hands-on experience with tools like JIRA or Asana
• Effective at driving alignment across teams and resolving cross-functional challenges
• Strong communication skills for tailoring updates and recommendations for technical and non-technical audiences

• Familiarity with IT security and compliance standards such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, PCI DSS, or FedRAMP
• Understanding of how security standards translate into technical implementation work
