our client is currently seeking a qualified servicenow developer to join their team and provide end-user support. This role will focus on space management, workplace data accuracy, and system configuration, enabling effective planning, reporting, and user experiences across the physical workplace environment. The ideal candidate has hands‑on experience working with servicenow workplace service delivery, understands space and occupancy concepts, and is comfortable managing and maintaining cad‑based floor plan data within an enterprise system.

duties

and responsibilities
  • administer and support servicenow workplace service delivery (wsd) modules related to space and workplace management
  • upload, manage, and maintain cad drawings and floor plans within servicenow, ensuring alignment with workplace standards
  • configure and manipulate space types, locations, buildings, floors, and attributes to support accurate reporting and planning
  • validate and maintain space data integrity, including occupancy, capacity, and classification
  • partner with real estate, facilities, and workplace teams to translate physical space requirements into system configurations
  • support space planning, moves/adds/changes (mac), and workplace initiatives through accurate system data
  • troubleshoot issues related to space visualization, data mapping, and cad integrations
  • document processes, standards, and data governance practices for workplace space management
  • participate in testing and deployment of servicenow enhancements related to workplace service delivery
  • provide ongoing operational support and continuous improvement recommendations for workplace services
skills and qualifications
  • experience working with servicenow, preferably workplace service delivery (wsd) or related modules
  • hands‑on experience with space management concepts (buildings, floors, rooms, capacity, occupancy, space types)
  • experience uploading, managing, or working with cad files (e.g., autocad) in enterprise systems
  • strong attention to detail and data accuracy
  • ability to collaborate across technical and non‑technical teams (facilities, real estate, it)
  • comfort working in a structured, process‑driven environment
  • direct experience configuring servicenow wsd space management preferred
  • familiarity with cad to system mapping, layers, or space standards preferred
  • experience supporting workplace planning, space utilization, or facilities systems preferred
  • servicenow certifications (csa, cis, or wsd‑related) preferred
  • experience working in large enterprise or global environments preferred
wage range

the rate for this position is between $45.00 - $65.00 per hour
, unless local minimum wage is higher. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
