• Lead business process consulting and develop tailored solutions for clients
• Manage end-to-end SAP S/4 HANA Upgrade & Migration engagements, ensuring quality delivery and alignment with client needs
• Collaborate with C-Level executives and project managers to drive engagement success and delivery
• Oversee engagement planning, budgeting, and risk management while ensuring adherence to project KPIs
• Facilitate business development initiatives and proposal responses to generate new revenue opportunities

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution, or three years of progressive experience in lieu of education
• Minimum of 11 years of experience in Information Technology
• Extensive experience in SAP engagement and project management, with at least 2 end-to-end large SAP programs executed in a Program Manager role
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and client management skills
• Understanding of SAP implementation methodologies and experience working in a Global delivery model

• Professional certification such as PMP and a post-graduate degree
• Experience with Agile/Dev Ops methodologies and knowledge of the Hi-Tech industry
• Proven track record of managing programs that include both SAP and non-SAP teams
• Experience in designing and managing complex Statements of Work (SoWs) and contracts
