Business Analyst

Summary

Seeking a Business Analyst with strong Adobe Workfront administration and configuration experience to support marketing operations workflows. This role blends requirements gathering, process documentation, Workfront build/configuration, testing, and user training. Experience in marketing or creative operations is strongly preferred.

• Gather and document business requirements; map current/future-state marketing and campaign workflows.
• Configure Workfront objects (forms, templates, routing rules, dashboards, user access).
• Support day-to-day Workfront administration, troubleshooting, and optimization.
• Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Creative, Legal, IT, and Operations to design scalable workflows.
• Participate in build cycles: solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-launch support.
• Train end users and create supporting documentation.
• (Preferred) Assist with Workfront Fusion or integration troubleshooting.

• 3+ years Business Analysis experience (requirements, process maps, documentation).
• 3+ years Adobe Workfront administration/configuration experience.
• Experience supporting marketing or creative operations workflows.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder facilitation skills.
• Experience in agile or iterative delivery environments.

• Experience in regulated industries (healthcare, insurance, finance).
• Familiarity with Workfront Fusion.
• Experience with workflow automation or orchestration platforms.
• Exposure to AEM Assets, Adobe tech stack, or similar systems.
