• Partner with Customer Success leadership to analyze KPIs and provide strategic insights
• Develop and manage business reports and data visualizations to address key business questions
• Support annual planning and goal-setting processes by offering data-driven insights
• Maintain and analyze operational performance dashboards using tools like Tableau and Salesforce
• Lead ad hoc projects aimed at improving operational performance and managing project risks

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, or a related discipline preferred
• Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in commercial strategy, operations, or related fields
• Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills
• Experience working with large and complex data sets

• Experience designing and managing business-critical dashboards and reports
• Comfortable working with C-suite and executive-level leadership
• Proven ability to synthesize data and provide actionable recommendations
