• Lead the design, development, and implementation of comprehensive Learning Experience curricula, including boot camps and webinars
• Collaborate with health center teams to enhance their Learning/Training Team and implement best practices
• Evaluate member assessments and consults to identify performance improvements and solutions
• Coordinate member consultations, including planning logistics and preparing content for meetings
• Assess project issues and develop resolutions to achieve productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction goals

• Proven experience in training, curriculum development, or educational consulting
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a remote environment
• Familiarity with the Epic System or similar healthcare technology platforms

• Experience in healthcare or a related field
• Background in adult education or instructional design
• Knowledge of performance improvement methodologies
• Familiarity with remote learning technologies and tools
