• Proven experience implementing and supporting Service Now and Jira in enterprise environments
• Proficiency with AI and data analytics technologies
• Strong understanding of Service Now architecture and ITSM best practices
• Experience in stakeholder engagement and change management initiatives
• Ability to ensure compliance with security policies and data protection regulations

• Familiarity with automation and integration platforms such as Pagerduty and Lean IX
• Experience in managing budgets and resource allocation for technology platforms
• Background in developing training programs for teams and end-users
• Knowledge of disaster recovery plans and business continuity strategies
• Previous experience in a leadership role within a technology or service delivery team
