• Conduct internal and external stakeholder analysis, competitive analysis, and market research to inform product requirements
• Conceptualize, prioritize, and document requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for solutions
• Communicate product strategy, plans, and roadmaps to key stakeholders using management tools
• Collaborate with engineering to manage the solution roadmap and scope based on detailed requirements
• Develop go-to-market strategies with support, sales, and marketing, including feature descriptions and training content

• Bachelor's degree in health care administration, business administration, information systems, project management, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare software consulting, information technology, or equivalent roles
• At least 2 years of experience in software-related project management
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and analyze functionality requirements

• Experience in early-stage product development and working with analytics in the home health sector
• Familiarity with solution management tools and methodologies
• Background in market research and competitive analysis
• Understanding of software features and functions through experience in writing requirements
