- Familiarity with Git Lab use cases across source code management, CI/CD, Dev Sec Ops , and Agile planning
- A background in software development, systems engineering, or a related technical field
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical topics clearly
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and communicate effectively in a remote environment
- Hands-on experience with Dev Sec Ops and adjacent technical tooling
- Experience driving meaningful outcomes for customers or end-users
- Interest in developing and delivering technical workshops or demos
- Comfort collaborating with account and sales teams to align technical solutions with business objectives
- Eagerness to learn and adapt communication styles to different cultures and working styles
