• 10 to 12 years of experience in the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of the Service Now platform
• Strong knowledge of Service Now modules such as ITSM, CSM, SPM, and GRC
• Solid understanding of ITIL processes and service management best practices
• Proficiency in Service Now configuration, including workflows, UI policies, business rules, and reports
• Fluent in German and possess strong problem‑solving and analytical skills

• Service Now certifications (e.g., Certified System Administrator, Certified Implementation Specialist) are a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders
