• Communicate and collaborate with stakeholders and key users to analyze business problems and capture detailed requirements
• Facilitate meetings and workshops to determine process requirements and system changes
• Develop detailed user stories, work plans, and definitions for CRM initiatives
• Work closely with IT teams to validate proposed solutions and facilitate user‑acceptance testing
• Provide leadership, training, and guidance to key users

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent related work or military experience
• Expertise in at least one of the following business disciplines: supply chain management, warehousing, transportation, or distribution
• Experience using SQL for data analysis, extraction, troubleshooting, and reporting
• Thorough understanding of current information systems technologies and system design
• Minimum of 2 years of experience supporting Blue Yonder WMS

• Certification in , business analysis, systems analysis, or business requirements gathering
• Experience performing well under pressure in an ambiguous and rapidly changing environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, particularly in conveying technical concepts
• Ability to adapt communication methods to new work structures, processes, or cultures
