What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Lead the planning, management, and execution of Professional Services business development activities across the Workday Platform
  • Articulate the value of the platform and AI-enabled deployment methodology to clients
  • Build and validate Professional Services proposals and high-level project plans aligned with customer business objectives
  • Own and exceed assigned Professional Services quota while driving services bookings
  • Cultivate strong relationships with Workday Services Partners and assess training needs for customer project teams
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • 6+ years of business, implementation consulting, and/or subscription sales experience with enterprise ERP solutions
  • 4+ years of experience with Workday and/or comparable SaaS platforms
  • Quota carrying experience with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
  • Demonstrated success in consulting or SaaS, especially within the Healthcare provider market
  • Strong business acumen and ability to articulate opportunities for customers leveraging the Workday platform
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Experience with Healthcare HCM, Financials, Supply Chain Management, and Planning solutions
  • Proven business development skills and ability to identify and qualify opportunities
  • Exceptional consultative selling skills with the ability to align value and build consensus
  • Familiarity with emerging AI and analytics platforms
  • Prior experience conveying the benefits of a SaaS architecture to all levels of the enterprise
