Position: Customer Success Manager (Mid-Atlantic)

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Serve as a primary advocate for Mid‑Atlantic commercial customer relations and services engagements
  • Manage elite/strategic accounts, overseeing professional service engagements and producing executive‑level metrics
  • Support large‑scale security projects and interface with various organizational levels to drive progress
  • Manage MSSP partner relationships, ensuring performance, efficiency, and operations
  • Advise account teams on customer roadmap items and opportunities to drive sales and adoption of services
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, Atlassian Jira, and Atlassian Confluence
  • Prior experience in running/developing/executing customer success programs within the cybersecurity or IT domains
  • Demonstrated knowledge of commercial/vendor program management
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, time management, facilitation, and organizational skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience in a similar role within a cybersecurity or IT professional services firm
  • Familiarity with customer success metrics and reporting
  • Strong understanding of security solutions and their implementation
  • Previous experience managing complex client relationships
