What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Ensure alignment throughout the Client/Provider partnership and identify gaps to encourage platform usage
  • Develop an understanding of client needs to meet expectations and promote best practices
  • Provide data for business reviews and quantitative feedback to internal teams
  • Own data collection processes and ensure accurate entry into systems
  • Keep clients informed of feature updates, process changes, and manage enrollment confirmations
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • 1-3 years of experience as a Customer Success Manager, Account Manager, or similar role
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Experience with Salesforce, Excel, and data analysis tools
  • Ability to effectively communicate with various stakeholders at different leadership levels
  • Must be able to travel up to 10% of the time and lift 25 lbs
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Direct experience supporting a SaaS platform
  • Familiarity with product development processes in an agile environment
  • Strong technical aptitude and willingness to learn new skills
  • Experience leading training sessions and product demos
  • Proven ability to collect and analyze customer feedback for improvement
