Job Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of automotive dealership clients to ensure successful onboarding, engagement, satisfaction, and retention
  • Deliver monthly reporting to clients, analyzing key metrics and identifying emerging issues or trends
  • Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with dealership leadership to review performance and identify opportunities
  • Proactively identify at-risk accounts and work internally and externally to drive resolution and increase satisfaction
  • Maintain detailed and up-to-date client documentation, including meeting notes and action items
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 3-5 years of experience leading a Customer Success team in a marketing or advertising technology firm or dealership
  • Knowledge of the automotive industry and digital media, e-Commerce software, analytics, and business operations
  • Exceptional communication skills and ability to foster positive business relationships
  • Proficiency in Excel, including functions such as V Look-ups and Pivot tables
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in process analysis and optimization
  • Strong analytical thinking skills to interpret data and extract insights
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a client-first environment
  • Previous experience in promoting value through customer experience
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
