Data Analyst II

Overview

Employer Industry: Healthcare Services

• Analyze health management programs, including data collection, validation, and outcome measurement
• Create and generate reports through MS-Excel, MS-Access, and SQL using Business Objects interface
• Gather and interpret business requirements and monitor data trends to proactively identify issues
• Assist with training lower-level Data Analysts
• Handle multiple projects and timelines effectively, communicating risks and issues to management

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 2 years of statistical analysis or data analysis experience
• At least 1 year of related IT experience, including data warehouse, coding, or ETL experience
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship
• Compliance with all policies and standards

• Experience with IRS, CMS, HHSC, and HEDIS reporting
• Familiarity with internal data cleansing and data reconciliation analysis
• Understanding of trend analysis in various functional areas of healthcare management
• Proficiency in handling complex data requests and predictive data modeling
• Strong communication skills for interfacing with senior management and stakeholders
