• Design and improve the product development operating system for effective planning and coordination
• Lead quarterly and annual planning processes, ensuring cross-department alignment
• Establish decision pathways and accountability models for predictable outcomes
• Collaborate with Product and Design leaders to enhance the transition from ideas to implemented solutions
• Drive cross-functional execution by addressing competing incentives and legacy practices

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in product operations, program management, or product management
• Proven ability to lead planning and execution within a matrixed organization
• Strong systems thinker with a data-informed mindset for diagnosing complexity
• Deep experience with agile product development methodologies
• Excellent communication skills, capable of influencing senior leaders and driving alignment

• Familiarity with marketplaces, e-commerce, or NYC-specific real estate dynamics
• Experience in integrating AI and automation into product workflows
• Background in supporting complex, cross-functional, product-led teams
