What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Develop strong relationships with clients and understand their business needs and challenges
  • Support new client implementations of the Retina

    OS Inventory Management System, including training and post-implementation support
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure smooth integration of technology
  • Analyze usage data to identify opportunities for driving technology adoption
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and technical issues in CRM systems
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Degree or equivalent and typically requires 4+ years of relevant experience
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience in healthcare
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build client relationships
  • General knowledge of healthcare preferred, with a willingness to develop expertise in ophthalmology
  • Proven ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Experience with EMR and Practice Management systems
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think creatively
  • Ability to travel up to 15% annually to support client needs
  • Familiarity with software platforms like Zen Desk, Hub Spot, and Sales Force
