- Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers within high-value customer accounts
- Guide customers in optimizing their use of the platform through analytics expertise
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize Net Dollar Retention (NDR), including upselling and cross-selling
- Advocate for customer needs with the product team to enhance satisfaction and retention
- Design and deliver training sessions, webinars, and workshops to boost product knowledge and engagement
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field
- 7+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or a consultative role within the SaaS or analytics industry
- Proven ability to navigate complex enterprise sales environments with multiple stakeholders
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving capabilities using data
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on building trust
- Experience with SQL, data visualization tools, and cloud-based analytics platforms (Snowflake, Databricks, Redshift, Big Query)
- ETL experience and implementation of production business intelligence solutions
- Startup experience
