• Serve as a key subject-matter expert on global immigration, providing guidance and recommendations to HR and business partners
• Build and improve the immigration operating model, documenting processes and closing gaps in enablement and controls
• Manage the annual H-1B CAP portfolio and ongoing case lifecycle to avoid business disruption
• Support global expansion and M&A work streams by assessing work authorization feasibility and contributing to implementation playbooks
• Define and maintain operational KPIs and drive continuous improvement based on data analysis

• 5+ years of corporate immigration and/or global mobility experience, including deep US expertise
• 1–2+ years of experience providing work direction or mentorship and managing outsourced workloads
• Strong program and project management skills with the ability to simplify complex requirements
• Demonstrated success in building or scaling immigration/mobility programs with measurable improvements
• Data-driven operator comfortable with case-management tooling and automation opportunities

• Global immigration experience across LATAM, EMEA, and APAC
• Experience in high-growth tech/fintech environments, including multi-country expansions and post-M&A integration
• Proven track record of improving workflows through SOPs, training, and process optimization
