• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field; equivalent experience accepted
• 12+ years of experience in enterprise database administration
• Expert‑level knowledge of RDBMS (SQL Server, Postgre
  
  SQL, etc.)
• Strong hands‑on experience with at least two database platforms, including Microsoft SQL
• Proficiency in AWS/Azure database skills and experience with scripting and automation tools

• Knowledge of data replication and high availability technologies
• Experience with data migration strategies and tools
• Solid understanding of data lifecycle management and compliance requirements
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with attention to detail
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
