• Provide timely and efficient application and basic technical support to existing customers via phone, web, or email
• Multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment, setting priorities and completing tasks within time constraints
• Learn and retain product knowledge quickly, employing problem‑solving and troubleshooting skills
• Deliver courteous and professional communication to ensure an exceptional customer experience
• Provide basic training to customers on installed products and participate in after‑hours support as needed

• Proven track record of exceeding established goals and objectives
• Strong background in Microsoft Windows operating systems
• Experience with CRM software, particularly
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational, time‑management, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills

• Knowledge of POS applications such as Micros/GEMpos
• BS/BA in a related field, Business or Technical (recommended but not required)
• Knowledge of Microsoft SQL is a plus
