• Lead and drive rack-scale/L11 flows for factory and initial data center deployment
• Design and implement end-to-end factory workflows, including firmware flashing sequences and security provisioning
• Collaborate with data center architects, ODMs, and OEMs to ensure efficient production ramp
• Champion reliability and optimization in firmware and deployment tool design
• Mentor architects and engineering teams to develop future leaders

• BS or MS degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 15+ years of experience in system architecture and design
• Deep expertise in designing architecture for scalable and performant server systems, particularly at the software/hardware interface
• Strong understanding of networking technologies and protocols (e.g., Ethernet, Infiniband)
• Previous experience with complex system software for accelerators like GPUs, DPUs, or FPGAs

• Knowledge of large-scale cloud and cluster-level deployment and management systems
• Demonstrated track record of leading data center products throughout their entire lifecycle, from inception to deployment
