• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers during the implementation process
• Provide expert guidance on best practices for implementing and configuring products
• Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and objectives
• Identify potential implementation project risks and proactively develop strategies to resolve them
• Collect client feedback and insights during the implementation process to inform product improvements

• Knowledge of the employer's products and/or experience with Human Resources, SaaS implementation, or remote training facilitation
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach
• Ability to successfully communicate and coordinate with departments across the organization
• Ability to understand and upscale issues efficiently and appropriately

• Experience in providing consulting and training to clients who purchase additional implementation and product support
• Familiarity with troubleshooting and resolving technical issues during the implementation process
• Experience working closely with sales, product, project managers, and customer support teams
